Customers Rules

I. General Provisions.

1. Cooperation with us occurs on terms of complete confidentiality and anonymity of both you and the girl.
2. If you are caught in dishonest actions, inappropriate behavior (rudeness, threats, fraud, as well as violation of regulations, etc.), both in communication with us and in meeting a girl, we can interrupt the provision of services to you without notifying you about this, the paid money in this case is not refunded. In case of unworthy behavior from a man, a girl has the right to stop communicating with him. See also Provision II – Infringements.
3. All information contained in the portfolio, including description, parameters, girls photos are confidential data and are prohibited for distribution. Any copying, distribution and modification of this information is prosecuted under copyright law.
   Any information on girls that discredits the honor and dignity of a person, or violates the right to privacy is punishable by law.
4. In the case of getting paid access to the database of girls, we provide login data only after receipt of funds; checks, promises, assurances, etc. do not work. No money – no services. Sometimes there are delays of payment operators (if money is frozen while transferring, you can check it yourself by contacting the operator at the relevant contacts of the payment system), in this case, you can pay for services in another way, after receiving the money to us, we will refund you the extra payment less transfer fees. In case of payment for any other services, services are also performed only upon receipt of funds, unless otherwise specified.
5. If you receive paid access to the database of girls, payment for it is not refundable under any circumstances. The service “access to the database of girls” is considered completed when we send you the data for entering the database of girls.
6. The database of girls does not contain their contact information and Evensim does not disclose this data under any circumstances. All communication and the agreement on a meeting goes only through the agency Evensim, up to the moment when the content of the girl and the Agency fee will be paid. Contacts and further communication without an agency is possible only after payment for the contents and commission of the agency. If you are caught trying to get contact information (phone number, mail, social networks, and so on) from the girl herself or in any other way (you will be engaged in independent searches), we can interrupt the provision of services to you without notifying you about it, paid money in not refundable, see also Provision II – Violations.
7. All the girls cooperating with us, do it on a voluntary basis. We cannot guarantee that the girl you chose, which we added to the database of mistresses an hour ago or a few months ago (the term is not important) is now ready for sponsorship or accepts your offer.
8. You guarantee the timely payment of the relevant services, which are negotiated with us, at the agreed time. In case of non-payment, we can interrupt the provision of services to you without notifying you about it, the paid money is not refundable in this case, see also Clause II – Infringements. If the funds come after the fact, then the sponsor is notified of this and either a refund occurs (possibly partial, depending on the circumstances), or there is the possibility of re-cooperation with the agency.
9. The period of keeping a girl is the period of limited specified time that begins from the moment of payment for the keeping and payment of the Agency’s fee.
10. In order for a girl to arrive from her own country to start a relationship with a client, full payment is required for the girl’s kepts and Agency fee, including payment for tickets and a hotel.
11. Payment for keeping the girl is the fact of getting of the specified amount by the girl.
12. Payment of the Agency’s fee is the fact of getting of the specified amount by the Evensim Agency.
13. Access to the girls database is provided for a limited period of time and may be revoked without notice and without disclosing the reason.
14. If something goes wrong or there is some force majeure on the part of the girl or on your part, after arrival of the girl within 1-3 days (in case of relationship for a month) from the beginning of the relations that does impossible further relations, what then:
    1) Agency fee is not refundable;
    2) You are refunded up to 70% of the amount of payment for girl sustentation;
    3) You agree to help the girl with housing until the moment when she can return to Russia, that is about 1-3 days, depending on the availability of air traffic.

    If something goes wrong or there is some force majeure on the part of the girl or on your part, after arrival of the girl within 3-7 days (in case of relationship for a month) from the beginning of the relations that does impossible further relations, what then:
    1) Agency fee is not refundable;
    2) You are refunded up to 50% of the amount of payment for girl sustentation;
    3) You agree to help the girl with housing until the moment when she can return to Russia, that is about 1-3 days, depending on the availability of air traffic.
    Other situations are subject to discussion. No situations when the man returned 100% of the funds.

15. If girl refuses cooperation with us or there is some force majeure, after your full payment of the girl sustentation, Agency Fee, tickets and other services, we return to you up to 100% of the sum for the girl sustentation and up to 100% of our Agency Fee with the deduction of transfer fee. Then you will be able to choose other girl, certainly, with the subsequent payment.
16. If upon arrival of the girl to you or your arrival to girl she does not see the person who was on photo(s), girl leaves you and we will stop provision of services for you. All your payed money is not refundable in this case. Also see Regulation II — Violations.
17. The meeting or the beginning of relationships is considered to start from the beginning of the meeting with the girl.
18. If you want to extend the first meeting, you first have to tell the girl about it. If the girl doesn’t mind, you should inform a representative of Evensim to clarify the details.
19. If you continue cooperation with us, you agree with all points of this regulation.
20. Regulations may be changed unilaterally without notifying you about it.

II. Violations.

In case of breaking the rules, misconduct (rudeness, obnoxious behaviour, threats), fraud, deception (with photo, with your personal information, etc.), an attempt to retrieve contact information (phone number, email, social networks, etc.) from the girl before the payment for keeping her or in any other way (independent search), you are not refunded any money, and you are included in the Black List of the Agency. Further provision of our services will be impossible for you.
